How are your transfers made?
At We Do Bling, our bling transfers are produced by machine thus we are able to create very detailed rhinestone motifs that are unable to be created by hand.  Although we can do bling of any size, our standard width is 12" often filling up the front of a shirt or back of a jacket.
What type of rhinestones do you use?
Our All-star Bling is factory sourced for a superior sparkle that surpasses much of what you find in the custom garment industry today. Our stones are cut as close to Swarovski as possible without encroaching on their patents.
What brand of garments do you use?
We only use brands that are of high quality and up to industry standards. The brands used for each order may vary according to inventory and stock availability. We are official Champion Teamwear dealers and also work directly with tons of other brands. Some of our favorite brands to bling are Nike, Ogio, New Era, Adidas, Puma, Nautica, Independent Trading Company, Alternative, Next Level, Gildan & Gildan Softstyle, Bella + Canvas, Tultex, Sport-Tek, and so many more! We work hard to secure wholesale accounts with all of the top brands so that our customers have access to an amazing selection for their custom garments. If you have a particular brand you would like to use for your order, please contact us for a custom quote!
How do I care for my rhinestoned garments?
We only use quality rhinestones & adhesives that are able to withstand many washes. You can also help to ensure your garment lasts as long as possible with these care instructions. -BUTTON, ZIP, & TURN INSIDE OUT BEFORE WASHING. -HAND OR MACHINE WASH Cold. -USE A MILD DETERGENT. -NO BLEACH OR SOFTENER. -TUMBLE DRY ON LOW OR AIR DRY. -DO NOT IRON OVER RHINESTONES.
What is your turnaround time?
Total production time is typically 2-4 weeks depending on the product you purchased, but may take up to 8 weeks for some product types and in peak seasons due to unpredictable patterns in shipping & delivery, inventory/stock, etc. Please confirm dates before payment is made. ***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** The global supply chain is facing many issues including strikes and social unrest which are leading to shipment delays and inventory shortages. For this reason, although we are meeting most deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. We will do our best to meet your deadline but we suggest ordering as far in advance as possible to alleviate any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you do free mockups?
Due to ghosting and theft and to encourage serious inquiries only, all individual orders must be paid in full before a mockup is created for approval, supplies are ordered & production begins. At this time, all mockups have unlimited revisions. If a mockup is desired for an individual order before paying in full, a $50 design fee is required depending on the intricacy of the design. This fee will be applied to the order total. Free mockups are provided to teams on a case by case basis with priority going to teams who are past customers.
Do you charge tax?
At this time, sales tax will be collected for Ohio and Pennsylvania residents only (Sales tax on non-clothing items for PA except hats). It is up to customers in other states to determine if they are liable for use tax in their state. If you are not in OH or PA and tax is showing on your custom order invoice, it will update once you enter your address for billing/shipping purposes.
What are your payment options?
For all stock orders and for individual custom orders, payment options include PayPal, Amazon Pay, Debit/Credit, and a pay-in-4 installments plan via the ShopPay option. Team custom orders are invoiced through Stripe with multiple payment forms available as well.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
For non-custom items that are damaged or defective, you may be eligible for store credit/exchange/repair of the item at the same or lesser value. All sales of custom orders are final, with exceptions for errors made by our team. Given the personalized nature of custom orders, we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless a manufacturer defect or an error on our part is present.
