CUSTOM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Most custom orders require a minimum of five pieces. The five pieces may include different garment styles and sizes, but they must use the same custom design unless otherwise approved.

Exceptions may be available for:

• Coaches and team or organization owners
• Business professionals ordering for business-related purposes
• We Do Bling VIP members with a valid VIP card
• Single custom pieces priced at $150 or more
• Other orders approved by We Do Bling on a case-by-case basis

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that your order or exception request will be accepted. We Do Bling will review your project details, production schedule, and requested completion date before providing a quote.

How many total pieces are you requesting? General custom orders require a minimum of five pieces. Please enter the total number of garments or items needed. Different garment styles and sizes may be included when using the same approved design.
Custom Order Minimum and Exception Agreement Most custom orders require a minimum of five pieces. Submitting an order with fewer than five pieces does not guarantee an exception. All exception requests are subject to review and approval by We Do Bling. If your request does not qualify, you may be offered an available package, a Build Your Bling option or another alternative.
If asking for an exception, please explain why your order qualifies for one. Please provide your team, organization, business or VIP information and explain the purpose of the order. If requesting a single custom piece, include the type of item and your approximate budget.
Are you a current We Do Bling VIP member? VIP status will be verified before an order is accepted. VIP privileges are nontransferable and may be revoked in accordance with the VIP program terms.

Custom Order Turnaround Time Custom order turnaround time is 4-6 weeks but can run between 8 and 10 from Aug-Jan. Orders that contain personalization may have increased processing time. If you have a specific date for which your order is needed, you must discuss that with your rep BEFORE paying for your order. Once paid, dates cannot and will not be changed.
Order Updates You will NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER UPDATE UNTIL your order has FINISHED PRODUCTION and again when it has been PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING unless there is an issue with your order. These will come via EMAIL and if you are picking up in store, we also send a COURTESY TEXT/CALL when your order is ready for pickup. OTHER THAN THIS WE DO NOT GIVE ORDER UPDATES VIA EMAIL, TEXT, MESSAGING, OR PHONE CALLS. We Do Bling will not respond to texts, emails, messages, or phone calls asking for order updates.
Breaches of our policies will most likely result in a customer NO LONGER HAVING THE ABILITY TO PLACE ORDERS with We Do Bling. We Do Bling reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel orders from any customer as it sees fit.
