Our Bling Your Team Custom Store Program is designed for teams and organizations that want a streamlined, professional team webshop — without the fundraising component.

This is a pre-sell, made-to-order model, meaning items are only produced after customers place their individual orders. We handle production, payment processing, and fulfillment so your team can stay focused on the season.

Exclusive Benefits of a Non-Fundraiser Store

Since this is NOT a fundraiser, there is:

• ✅ No fundraising markup added to product pricing
• ✅ Lower product pricing for customers

Tiered Team Store Program

We Do Bling offers structured Team Store partnerships designed to support teams at different levels of participation and engagement.

All Team Stores begin as Seasonal Launch Stores and may qualify for elevated partnership tiers based on performance.

Tier 1: Seasonal Launch Store

(Standard Entry Level)

This is the default structure for all new Team Stores.

This model:

• Encourages urgency
• Drives concentrated participation
• Allows for efficient batch production
• Produces the strongest sales performance for new stores

Structure:

• Store open for 2–4 week sales window
• Production begins after minimum threshold is met
• Batch fulfillment model
• Direct shipping to each customer OR optional team bulk delivery (see shipping section)

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 total orders OR 15 total items sold to begin production
• Active promotion by Team Representative

Includes:

• Rhinestone team logo conversion
• Rhinestone vertical team name
• 2 coordinating supporter designs (cheer mom, vertical cheer, etc)
• Access to approved garment catalog of tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, pants, and select bags.
• 1 seasonal drop opportunity per launch window
• Marketing graphics to promote your store

Additional Design Setups

• Additional custom design setups are available at $35 per design
• Specialty artwork (complex, layered, oversized, or multi-color rhinestone layouts) may require additional fees

Seasonal stores may relaunch multiple times per year.

Tier 2: Preferred Seasonal Partner

Awarded to teams demonstrating strong participation and consistent promotion.

Qualification Indicators:

• Consistently meet production thresholds quickly
• Strong early launch participation
• Effective team-wide promotion
• Positive customer experience

Benefits:

• Priority production scheduling
• Up to 2 seasonal drops per active season
• Early access to limited-edition product releases
• Additional rhinestone team logo conversions and vertical designs
• Expanded product catalog access to include practice wear, warmups, specialty garments, etc
• Reduced setup fees on additional designs

Additional Design Setups

• Additional custom design setups are available at $25 per design
• Specialty artwork (complex, layered, oversized, or multi-color rhinestone layouts) may require additional fees

 

Preferred Seasonal Partners may receive invitation to apply for Year-Round Partnership status.

Tier 3: Elite Year-Round Team Store Partner

(By Invitation Only. Reserved for teams who have had successful team stores in other tiers or for teams who have 100 or more athletes.)

Year-round store access is a strategic partnership reserved for high-performing teams with consistent sales volume who we work well with and mutually decide that a partnership would be highly beneficial for both parties. Teams with 100+ athletes may be able to skip the other tiers and move directly to the Elite tier.

Because We Do Bling operates under a structured batch production model, year-round availability requires sustained participation to remain operationally efficient.

Qualification Requirements

Elite Year-Round status may be offered to teams that:

• Have 100+ athletes OR
• Demonstrate consistent order volume across multiple launches
• Regularly exceed minimum production thresholds
• Promote store drops effectively
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Participate in seasonal and event-specific launches

We reserve the right to review performance annually.

Elite Benefits

• Year-round storefront access
• Priority production scheduling
• Rhinestone transfers of team logos will be kept in stock to fulfill orders in 7-10 days throughout the year
• Up to 4 seasonal/event drops per year
• Competition & nationals/championship collections
• New product additions throughout the year including swimwear and other summer apparel, winterwear, doll uniforms, etc.
• Limited-edition rhinestone releases
• First access to new garment lines
• Additional custom design setups are available at NO CHARGE

• Can do team bulk delivery for seasonal drops and direct shipping to each customer during the rest of the season

Exclusivity Agreement (Year-Round Tier Only)

Elite Year-Round Team Store Partners agree that We Do Bling will serve as the exclusive provider of rhinestone-decorated spirit wear and fan apparel for the duration of the partnership. We Do Bling will work with each team to determine what that partnership looks like.

This exclusivity applies specifically to:

• Rhinestone spirit wear, fan gear, and team apparel

Although We Do Bling does provide many of these items, we do recognize that teams may already have established relationships and commitments with other vendors so this exclusivity does not apply to:

• Competition uniforms
• Practice wear
• Warmups
• Backpacks
• Non-rhinestone performance apparel
• Specialty athletic brands (including but not limited to Rebel Athletic or similar uniform providers)

Teams remain free to use any vendor for uniforms, practice gear, non-spirit-wear athletic products, and items that We Do Bling declines to produce.

Elite Year-Round Team Store Partners agree that:

• We Do Bling will serve as the exclusive rhinestone apparel provider for the duration of the partnership.
• Competing rhinestone-decorated apparel may not be sold through alternative vendors during the active agreement period.
• Rhinestone designs created by We Do Bling may not be reproduced, duplicated, or outsourced to other decorators.

This exclusivity allows We Do Bling to:

• Invest in seasonal design development
• Maintain rhinestone inventory for repeat orders
• Offer priority production scheduling
• Create exclusive team drops
• Protect brand consistency

Failure to maintain exclusivity may result in immediate termination of Year-Round status.

Performance Review & Tier Adjustments

We reserve the right to:

• Transition Year-Round stores back to Seasonal status if participation declines
• Remove stores that do not meet performance expectations
• Adjust product offerings based on production capacity

Tier status is a privilege, not a guarantee.
