Our fundraiser programs give you a stylish way to show pride while earning back a percentage of sales for your group.
Please note that you will need to provide A W9 with EIN - A valid EIN is required for us to host a fundraiser. If your organization does not have an EIN, you can place an order for apparel, then you can sell the apparel at whatever mark-up you want.
✨ How It Works
1. Provide Information Needed for Online Stores - Fill out the form below so that we have everything we need to build your store. This includes the tier you are choosing for your store, any add-ons, logos, a point of contact to be posted on the website, order pickup address if choosing bulk delivery, etc.
2. We Build Your Online Team Store – Choose from a variety of rhinestone-embellished apparel, accessories, and spiritwear that fit your group. We’ll create a professional online store customized with your team’s logo and colors. You can choose to have bulk shipping for distribution by the team (we pack each order individually to make that easy on you) or ship to each purchaser directly.
3. You Share the Link – Parents, fans, and supporters can easily shop your store from anywhere. You do not directly manage the fundraiser. Instead, our team sets everything up — all you need to do is spread the word and watch the sales add up!
4. You Earn Back – A portion of every purchase goes directly back to your team based on total sales. Teams are provided with a report once the sale has closed showing each sale amount with a final total including how much they have earned. Profit checks will be written back to the organization at the end of the sale and will be available when the order is ready for shipping or pick-up. A 1099 will also be provided for tax purposes when due.
5. Your Items are Produced & Shipped - Once the store closes, we begin production on your items.
🔄Turn Around Times
Team Store and Fundraiser Orders consist of custom order pieces that are MADE TO ORDER and have MULTIPLE STYLES OF GARMENTS. Turn Around time for these orders starts AFTER the store has closed and are APPROXIMATELY 6 TO 8 WEEKS. Team Store and Fundraiser Orders that have personalization REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION TIME to ensure the quality remains high and mistakes remain low. 2 ADDITIONAL WEEKS are added to these orders and to ORDERS PLACED DURING OUR PEAK SEASON (SEP - JAN). If you wish to decrease the number of designs or remove the ability to add personalization to your store to decrease turnaround time, please let us know. We highly suggest doing that if you wish to get your production time down.

We offer a Tiered Payout Plan to teams to reward teams who go the extra mile and actively promote their fundraisers.
With our Tiered Payout Plan, your fundraising earnings are based on total sales volume. The more your community shops, the more your team earns back!

We offer 4 different Team Store Website Packages to fit your team’s needs. Each package includes setup, product options, and custom logos — with the flexibility to add more products or designs if desired.
1. Limited Team Store - $50
2. Basic Team Store - $75
3. Pro Team Store - $125
4. Elite Team Store - $200
