We Do Bling offers a fully managed, professionally built online fundraising platform featuring premium rhinestone apparel and spiritwear. Our program is designed for teams and organizations seeking a high-quality, turnkey fundraising solution with transparent structure, defined responsibilities, and measurable results.

Due to production capacity and seasonal demand, We Do Bling reserves the right to approve or decline fundraiser requests based on calendar availability, promotional readiness, organizational structure, and brand alignment.


PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Step 1: Application & Approval

All organizations must submit a Fundraiser Request Form for review. Approval is based on:

  • At least 8–10 weeks available before desired delivery date
  • Calendar availability: Peak season (Sept–Jan) has limited availability
  • Production capacity
  • Team size and anticipated participation
  • Demonstrated ability to promote
  • Confirmation of school/organization approval and support (if official school logos are used)
  • Alignment with We Do Bling brand standards
  • Competing fundraisers running simultaneously

We reserve the right to approve or decline fundraiser requests at our discretion.


Step 2: Required Documentation & Agreement

Before store development begins, the following are required:

  • Signed Fundraiser Agreement
  • Completed W-9 including valid EIN
  • Payment of applicable website package fee
  • Designation of one official Team Representative

All communication regarding the fundraiser must be conducted through the designated Team Representative only. We Do Bling will not respond to individual purchaser inquiries regarding after-order updates beyond standard notifications, payout, percentages, or organizational matters.

Profit payments are issued only to the organization listed on the submitted W-9.


Step 3: Choose Your Fundraiser Model

Organizations may select one of two payout structures:


OPTION A: Tiered Percentage Model

Payout is based on total gross sales volume:

If total sales do not reach $500, no payout will be issued. Website setup fees remain non-refundable.


OPTION B: Flat Margin Model

Under this structure:

  • A flat $5 margin is built into each product.
  • Product pricing appears lower than the percentage model.
  • The organization earns $5 per item sold.
  • No sales tiers apply.

This model is ideal for smaller teams, first-time fundraisers, and independent organizations seeking predictable per-item earnings.


Step 4: Website Package Selection

We offer four structured Team Store packages.

Limited Team Store – $50

  • 2 Custom Logos: 1 large for shirts and 1 small for pants and accessories
  • Tee, sweatshirt, sweatpant, hoodie, tank, crossbody, hat

Basic Team Store – $75

  • 2 Custom Logos: 1 large for shirts and 1 small for accessories
  • 1 Custom Vertical Logo
  • Simple Custom Names
  • Includes Limited items plus crops, denim jackets, jerseys
  • Add products: $15 each
  • Add designs: $35 each

Pro Team Store – $125

  • 3 Custom Logos: 2 large for shirts and 1 small for accessories
  • 1 Custom Vertical Logo
  • 2 Generic Pre-designed Logos (e.g. Cheer Mom, Coach)
  • Simple & Vertical Decorative Names
  • Includes Basic items plus practicewear, warmups, bows, garment bags, duffles, cosmetic bags
  • Add products: $15 each
  • Add designs: $35 each

Elite Team Store – $200

  • 3 Custom Logos: 2 large for shirts and 1 small for accessories
  • 2 Custom Vertical Logos
  • 3 Generic Pre-designed Logos (e.g., Cheer Mom, Coach)
  • Simple & Vertical Decorative Names
  • Includes all Pro items
  • Product add-ons included
  • Add designs: $35 each

Available add-ons include select specialty garments and accessories. Availability may vary based on production calendar.


PROMOTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Fundraiser success is directly correlated with promotional effort.

The organization agrees to actively promote the fundraiser. Examples include, but not limited to:

  • Social media posts
  • Text reminders
  • Group Posts
  • Email Blasts
  • Handouts at events and in school if applicable and appropriate
  • Direct communication to team members
  • Promotion via other organizations and high-profile individuals in the community

Failure to demonstrate reasonable promotional effort may impact eligibility for future fundraisers.

We Do Bling provides marketing graphics and promotional materials but does not guarantee sales volume.


MANDATORY ITEM OPTION (ALLSTAR & INDEPENDENT GYMS)

For Allstar programs and independent gyms, We Do Bling reserves the right to require inclusion of one designated mandatory team item within the fundraiser store. This ensures production viability. operational efficiency, and a minimum success for both parties. This item will be discussed with each individual team to determine the best fit.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Organizations may choose:

Bulk Distribution

  • Orders are packaged individually
  • Shipped to one designated address
  • Organization responsible for distribution
  • Handling fees may apply depending on selected payout model

Individual Direct Shipping

  • Orders ship directly to purchasers
  • Shipping charged at checkout

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


TURNAROUND TIME

Team Store and Fundraiser Orders are MADE TO ORDER and include multiple garment styles.

Production begins AFTER the store closes.

Standard turnaround time:

  • Approximately 6–8 weeks

Additional time applies for:

  • Personalization
  • Vertical names
  • Peak Season (September–January): add 2 additional weeks

Reducing design quantity and personalization options may shorten production timelines.

Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.


MINIMUM SALES REQUIREMENT

  • Fundraisers under $500 in total sales do not qualify for payout.
  • We reserve the right to decline future fundraiser requests if minimum viability thresholds are not met.
  • Website fees are non-refundable once store development has begun.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY

We Do Bling reserves the right to:

  • Cancel individual orders involving abusive or inappropriate communication
  • Cancel or discontinue fundraisers that violate agreement terms
  • Decline projects that do not align with our production capabilities or brand standards

PROFIT DISTRIBUTION

After store close:

  • A detailed sales report will be provided
  • Profit check issued to the organization listed on the W-9
  • Payment issued when production is complete and orders are prepared for shipment or pickup
  • 1099 issued when required by law
