We Do Bling is a decorated apparel company specializing in custom rhinestone-decorated apparel and teamwear for cheer, dance, and sports. We have recently expanded with the launch of our website and storefront.
Position Overview
As the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day inside sales operations, support a team of sales associates, and personally handle inbound leads. You’ll play a key role in ensuring fast response times, accurate order coordination, and a consistent client experience across all channels. This position offers a $15/hour base pay plus commission on personal sales and an override on team sales.

Company Leadership – with direct coordination with the Sales Manager and Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Outreach
- Manage inbound leads (calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media messages).
- Distribute leads and inquiries to appropriate sales reps.
- Conduct follow-ups on quotes, proposals, and fundraiser leads.
- Liaison with design team to complete fundraiser and team store websites.
- Promote We Do Bling products via digital platforms and social media.
- Collaborate with sales reps on large or high-profile accounts.
- Input and review quotes, invoices, and proof approvals using CRM/order systems.
- Clearly communicate timelines to manage customer expectations.
Team Leadership & Management
- Train, mentor, and support independent sales reps.
- Set individual and team sales goals in alignment with company targets.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback/coaching for improvement.
- Ensure reps respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer or sales issues.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
- Provide tailored product suggestions that meet client needs.
- Oversee repeat business by tracking and encouraging reorders.
- Ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to final order delivery.
Product Promotion & Knowledge
- Stay updated on all product lines, customization options, and care instructions.
- Share sample images, success stories, and design mock-ups with clients.
- Train the sales team to confidently answer client questions about materials and customization.
Order Coordination
- Work closely with production to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Double-check order details for accuracy before processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction..
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or sales management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Confidence in handling inbound sales, client follow-ups, and escalations.
- Strong background in cheer, dance, coaching, or athletics preferred.
- Experience with CRM/order systems and digital communication tools.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
- Access to a computer/laptop, printer, and high-speed internet.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Work Environment
- Job Type: Employee or Independent Contractor (depending on arrangement)
